Orders & Production
Are AT4U products made to order?
Yes. AT4U products are made after you place your order through our production partners. That helps us avoid carrying piles of unwanted stock and means each piece is produced for the person who actually ordered it.
How long does production take?
Please allow around 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. Once it's on the way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
How are your designs printed?
Our current apparel uses DTG (direct-to-garment) printing, which lets us produce detailed artwork directly onto the fabric while keeping the print comfortable to wear.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the UK and supported EU countries. We no longer offer worldwide shipping outside those supported destinations.
Do you offer free UK shipping?
Yep. Standard UK shipping is free, with no minimum spend required.
How long does delivery take?
After production, estimated delivery is usually 5–15 business days for both the UK and supported EU destinations. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carriers, customs or production location.

Will I get tracking?
Yes. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.
Why has my order arrived in more than one package?
Some orders can be fulfilled from different production locations, so items from the same order may occasionally arrive separately. That's completely normal.
Sizing & Care
Are AT4U clothes unisex?
Most of our clothing is unisex, but the fit can vary between T-shirts, hoodies, zip-ups and tanks. Always check the product's available sizes and use our Size Guides before ordering.
What if I'm between sizes?
Compare the size guide with a T-shirt or hoodie you already own and like the fit of. If you're still unsure, send us a message with the product you're looking at, your usual size and how you like your clothes to fit.
How should I wash my AT4U clothing?
Our current apparel is machine washable and can be tumble dried. Always follow the care label on your individual garment as your first reference.
Returns, Refunds & Order Problems
Can I return something because I've changed my mind?
Because our products are made to order, our current Returns & Refund Policy does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong size or customer address errors.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?
Get in touch within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos where relevant. We'll work with our production partner to put it right with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
What if my tracking hasn't updated?
If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days, contact us and we'll help investigate the shipment.

Do you attend conventions?
Yes. Conventions are a huge part of AT4U and one of the best ways for us to meet the community in person. We share upcoming events and convention weekends through our website and socials.

HQ // Members Only is the premium side of AT4U we're currently building, focused on heavier garments, exclusive designs and smaller releases. Access isn't open yet.

We aim to respond within 24–48 business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
