Our Story

Anime Tees 4 U started with one pretty simple thought: I wanted anime clothing I would actually choose to wear.
Most of what I kept finding was either loud, cheaply made or looked like it belonged to a much younger audience. I still wanted clothing that celebrated the anime I love — just in a way that felt more like genuine streetwear.
Something I'd happily wear going into work, meeting friends, heading to the gym or spending the weekend at a convention.
Where It Started
That idea became Anime Tees 4 U in 2024.
At the beginning it was a passion project. Learning as I went, figuring out products, designs, printing, websites, social media — basically all the bits nobody really tells you about when you decide to start a clothing brand.
But every collection and every design choice kept coming back to the same question:
“Would I genuinely wear this?”
If the answer was no, it didn't belong here.
Then We Took It To The Real World
Conventions changed everything.
Taking AT4U out from behind a screen and meeting people face to face completely changed how I looked at the brand. Talking about favourite series. Seeing people find a design from an anime they love. Meeting returning customers. Getting feedback. Laughing. Taking photos. Just having proper conversations with other fans.
Those weekends were never only about selling T-shirts.
They showed me that the best part of building Anime Tees 4 U was the community growing around it.
Building Something Bigger
As AT4U grew, the idea started changing too.
I didn't want this to become another website filled with products and nothing else. I wanted it to feel like it had a place, an identity and a world of its own.
That's where AT4U HQ came from.
HQ is the idea of building a home around everything we're into — anime, streetwear, conventions, creativity, music and the people we've met through all of it.
The move to our own website gave us the chance to start building that properly. Not just somewhere to shop, but somewhere the brand could actually grow into what I always imagined it becoming.
Still Building
Two years in and I'm still learning.
I'm still changing things.
I'm still trying ideas that work, ideas that don't, and figuring out how to make the next version better than the last.
And honestly, I wouldn't want it any other way.
Whether you've just found Anime Tees 4 U today, followed us online for a while, ordered from us before or stopped at the booth for a chat at a convention — thank you.
You've helped turn what started as one fan with an idea into something that feels much bigger than that now.
And the best part?
We're still only getting started.
