Anime Tees 4 U – Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your new gear! If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Order Issues

Since our products are made-to-order through our production partner, Printify, we only offer returns, refunds, or replacements if:

  • The product is defective
  • The product is damaged during shipping
  • The wrong item or size was sent

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of delivery if you notice any of the above issues.


2. Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (e.g., changing your mind after purchase)
  • Incorrect size ordered (please refer to our detailed size guides before purchasing)
  • Address errors made by the customer

Every product is custom-made just for you, so we cannot restock or resell returned items.


3. Reporting an Issue

To report a problem with your order:

  • Contact us using the Chat option on the home page within 7 days of receiving your item
  • For all inquiries, you can also contact us at:

  • We aim to respond within 24–48 business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos showing any defects or damages

We’ll work quickly with our production partner to resolve the issue with a refund or free replacement.


4. Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card issuer

5. Replacements

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.


6. Shipping Issues

If your package is lost in transit:

  • Please contact us if your tracking has not updated after 7 business days.
  • We will open an investigation with the carrier and offer either a replacement or refund depending on the outcome.
